Evans’ life is below, culminating with the Governmental and Civic Celebration on Friday, December 6, at 7 PM, and the Official Celebration of Life service on Saturday, December 7, at 9 AM. Rev. Jesse Jackson, Sr. and Rev. Stephen J. Thurston will deliver eulogies. The services will stream live.
